Use your Student ID as your user name and birth date as your password. Birth date is formatted m/d/yyyy (example 2/5/2001 or 12/25/2001)
DO NOT include an "a" at the end of your student ID
When typing in your birth date you will need to include the "/" between the month day and year.
The year should be entered as a 4 digit number.
